Pre-work
Each session includes 15 minutes of prep so live time can focus on discussion, practice, and application - not passive learning.
Sessions
Typically range between 90-105 minutes. This is where the magic happens - connecting, coaching, discussing, and reflecting.
Pre-work
After each session, managers spend 20–30 minutes applying what they learned directly to their work using our signature Level-Ups.
