🚀 The LEAP Method

We designed LEAP to be practical, human, and rooted in real behavior change. It's inspired by proven learning models like 70-20-10 (which says most learning happens through doing and social interaction) and the flipped classroom (where learning content comes first, and sessions are for doing, not listening).

Here’s how it works:

L – Learn
Start with short, sharp lessons grounded in research and real-world examples. You’ll get just enough theory to act, not overthink.

E – Engage
We bring learning to life through live sessions. Real conversations, role plays, and coaching prompts — all with a group of peers who care as much as you do.

A – Apply
This is where the magic happens. We design every program so you can take it into your next 1:1, team meeting, or tough conversation that week — not “someday.”

P – Propel
We don’t disappear when the program ends. You get continued access to tools, resources, and (most importantly) community — so the momentum keeps going.

Because we’re not here to tick boxes.
We’re here to help you lead differently. With less noise and more impact.

The LEAP method reflects what the research already shows:

  • Learning sticks when it’s social, applied, and repeated.
  • Live sessions shouldn’t be lectures, they should be labs.
  • Managers don’t need more content. They need help putting it into action.
